About Our Hearing Center
At the Rich Hearing & Tinnitus Center we are committed to providing you with a level of professional and personal service unmatched in the hearing aid industry. At our office, we treat your hearing as if it were the most important asset you possess. We offer many options to treat hearing and/or tinnitus including Bluetooth and the extended wear hearing devices.
Our Auditory Connections program is a program that can help with reading, writing, sensory and/or auditory processing, balance, motor coordination, speech/language development and attention/behaviors. Additionally, we can provide custom earplugs (i.e. swim plugs, hunter’s plugs, musician’s plugs, noise plugs, Bluetooth pieces, etc.).
We accept most major health insurance plans; such as Avera Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Sanford, TriCare, Mutual of Omaha, Cigna, Dakota Care, Medicare, and many others. Some insurance companies, such as Medicare, will cover the cost of the evaluation with a physician’s referral.
We attended the Elite Hearing Network Annual Business Summit in the Dominican Republic in January 2017. We learned strategies to improve customer service and the latest improvements in the hearing industry!! We are excited to share our knowledge with our patients! — with Brittney Bohle, Erica Fettig, Rebecca Rich and Sonya Leeraksakiat.
